We pride ourselves in working with the client so they achieve the finish that they want. We always welcome input from the design team and the client at all stages to ensure the finish exceeds expectations.
Polished Plaster Effects use only high quality products including the Walleffects specialist paint products and the Stucco Italiano natural Lime products for all the hand crafted wall finishes they create.
We are very experienced working with the minimum of disruption to our clients. Our artisans will ensure that all the surroundings are respected and not affected by our seamless wall, floor or ceiling finishes.
We respect any confidentiality agreements put in place regarding client’s homes or bespoke finishes and offer a guarantee that images or articles will not be released to the press or design magazines without our client’s permission.
We will offer a clear quote for all our projects and detailed terms of the contract so the customer can be fully aware of the full cost of the projects. We do not operate an extras policy. If changes need to be made we will inform the customer before hand and ensure all parties understand fully the details of changes. We welcome customers to get involved at key stages of the project to ensure they are fully satisfied.
